Undeliverable Parcel / Returned to sender

Please ensure that your address details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We are happy to re-send your order, but if the delivery failure was due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply for us to send to the correct address.

Refunds for this type of return:
- Personalised items are non-refundable.
- Non-personalised items will have a refund issued minus the original shipping cost.

Digital Proof/Mock-ups

We don’t provide digital proofs or mock-ups, but every order is printed to match the design shown in the product images.

Returns / Exchanges

If you change your mind, I’m happy to offer refunds on unused items that are still in saleable condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note this policy does not apply to personalised or custom-made products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days.

Combined Shipping

We combine shipping for all items sent to the same UK address. This means you’ll only pay one shipping fee per order, not per item—just add everything to your basket and checkout together. (The only exception is international orders, where shipping is calculated by item.)

Product Disclaimers

Each ceramic piece is handmade with care, making every item unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, or size are natural and part of their charm.

Please note that pieces from different orders may vary slightly due to supplier batch changes.

Prices

Prices may change depending on stock and market conditions.

Emojis / Custom Logos / Photos

We don’t print emojis, logos, or photos—just the text you provide. Any symbols included in the design will be printed as shown.

Christmas Shipping

To make sure all orders arrive in time for Christmas, our UK shipping will switch from 2nd Class to Tracked 48 from mid-November. This means our standard shipping prices will increase slightly during the festive period.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
